Our management team spreads across various international disciplines in aviation, maritime, financial and administrative fields, giving Genesis Global Aviation access to a wealth of experience which is utilized to provide international standard in the aviation industry.

Captain E. Ihenacho, is an experienced maritime executive and industry veteran of many years professional standing. Capt. Ihenacho, an ex-ship master, is a subject of international shipping and general management and regularly entertains Consultation in these fields. He holds respective Masters Degrees in and shipping management from the University of Wales and Bradford, England and is also a member Chartered Institute of Transport and the Nauticel Institute. As the Chairman, he has overall responsibilities for the development of the company’s business which include the conception of necessary corporate action’s plans, the management of the human and materials resources of the organization and the direction of collective energies of the organization towards the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives. It is acknowledgement of his performance in, and outstanding contributions to the maritime industry that Captain E. Ihenacho was awarded the National Maritime Merit Award of “BEST MASTER MARINER IN NIGERIA” for the year 1999.

Engr. Tony Ihenacho, is a Maritime Executive, a versatile and seasoned Mechanical Engineer. Widely experience in the Maritime Sector, he possesses a formal qualification of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with bias in Maritime Safety, Ship and Port Management. A certified and international Oil Trader, he is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Transport and Administration (IOTA) as well as member Licentiate of Ship Brokers from the institute of Ship Broking and Chartering. Engr. Ihenacho possesses over 18 years cognate work experience in various senior executive positions in the shipping & oil industry and is a founding member of this organization. As an Executive Director (Genesis Worldwide), he is in charge of the operations and administration of the company.

Capt. David Nwoke holds an associate degree in Aviation Technology from Emery Aviation College of Greeley, Colorado USA.

Capt. Nwoke has twenty-five years’ experience in the Nigerian helicopter Aviation sector and more than fifteen years’ experience in different management positions.

He is an experienced flight instructor in Aero planes and helicopters and was previously a Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority approved check airman and Authorized Examiner on the Sikorsky S-76 and AW 139 helicopter types.

With many years’ experience in the helicopter off-shore and on-shore operations in support of the Oil and Gas Industry, Capt. David Nwoke is poised to move GGA Ltd forward in support of the oil and Gas industry.

The Company’s Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Ernest Eze, is a Chartered Accountant with more than 28 years post qualification experience in Oil and Gas, and Audit, both locally and internationally. Educated in Nigeria and in the UK. He holds a BSc degree in Accounting, MBA in Management. He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Taxation of Nigeria also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He worked as: a Finance and Admin Manager, WEPS Special Project, Orlean Invest WA LTD (Managers of Oil and Gas Free Zone, Onne, Rivers State); an Asst. General Manager, ITS Drilling Services Nig. Ltd., Port Harcourt, Rivers State (an Industrial waste management company for Oil and Gas Industry); an Asst. Finance Manager, Schlumberger Sedco Forex (now Trans Ocean); a Trainee Accountant, Isaac & Co., London (Chartered Accountants); an Audit Senior, KPMG/Peat Marwick (Chartered Accountants). He is currently in charge of the company’s finance.
